SPHEREA’S strength lies in coordinating the combined talents of our staff to benefit collective performance


After starting out in automotive electronics, I joined the world of testing at SPHEREA. I have had a very varied career within the Group, one that has taken me from creating test applications to the Department of Customer Services and Support.


The aim of this team is to guarantee our customers operational readiness of SPHEREA Group products, whether they date from the 1970s or the present day, as well as those under development.


This can only be achieved by a team with very diverse talents, from different generations, but all focused on a single objective: ‘Group customer satisfaction’.


It is this aspect, combined with a highly-varied daily working life, which fascinates me.
